REFUND OR EXCHANGE

You can return goods for any reason in an unused condition, in the original packaging with tags attached, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided a proof of purchase is given.

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY AND RETURNS ON:

UK orders over £100

EU orders over €125

US orders over $150

All other returns are to be paid by the customer.

Please follow return procedure below. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

UK RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Put your Storksak bag back into its original packaging and parcel bag or box.
  2. Use the contact form below to let us know your order number, which item(s) you are returning and if you would like a return or exchange.
  3. Create your free Royal Mail returns label here by entering your details as specified.
  4. Print the label, attach it to your parcel and drop off at the Post Office.

EU RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please use the contact form below to let us know your order number, which item(s) you are returning and if you would like a return or exchange. We will then contact you with further details on how to return your order.

US RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    1. Package your return in its original packaging with all tags attached.
    2. Use the contact form below to let us know your order number, address, which item(s) you are returning and if you would like a return or exchange.
    3. We will email you a returns label. Print out your Fed-Ex returns label and attach to your package.
    4. Take the package to your local FedEx depot.
