Delivery Services

Standard Delivery (UK ONLY)

We now offer free standard delivery and free returns on all online orders £25 and over. - See more here. Delivery will be by DPD for all bags and by Royal Mail for all other items. Please allow six working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.

If you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, you can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process.

Overseas Orders

We can deliver to all BFPO addresses for standard UK charges.

Cost £10.00. Delivery will be with DPD Classic service.
Please allow 15 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.

Rest of the World
Cost £30.00. Delivery will be Royal mail International Signed For service. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.

Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided. This will contain your order number and details of your purchase(s). This email is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received, it is not an acceptance by us of any offers to purchase.
Once you receive the order despatch email this will act as confirmation that your item(s) have been sent. This is the point when we have agreed to a contract with you. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to despatch.

Our Guarantee

You can return goods free of charge for any reason in an unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All orders include a free return or exchange form. We do not provide a free returns service for overseas customers. Please follow the procedure set out below. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return/Exchange

It is free to exchange unused items* for a different style based on stock availability within 30 days of receipt.
Please email info@storksak.co.uk if you require a returns form, or log onto www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer, and select Storksak from the selection of retailers. From here you will be able to download a free returns label to print out and return your bag to us.

Once we receive your item, we will send out your replacement Storksak bag. We aim to send out your replacement bag within two working days. Any difference in price will need to be considered before your new style is sent out to you. A member of our customer service team will be in touch with you if there are any outstanding costs to be paid or refunded, or to discuss stock availability if necessary.

Please be sure to obtain a proof of posting, you will need this to hurry things along, should your parcel take a while to arrive with us.

*Free exchanges are not applicable to items being returned from outside the UK (including, without limitation, Guernsey and Jersey), in these cases the cost of the return will be your responsibility and you need to address your parcel to Storksak Ltd, Studio 13, Spectrum House, 32-34 Gordon House Road, London, NW5 1LP.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach us or for delays in your exchange/return reaching our warehouse. We recommend that overseas customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service and get a proof of receipt.

Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.

Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.


In order to process your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card details and a contact telephone number. We keep a record of this information and we will also keep records of any e-mails you send to us.

We do this to operate and improve the service we offer you. We may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our website. We will never pass on this information to a third party for marketing purposes.

Credit Card Security

Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, HSBC. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.

We believe they can greatly assist us in providing you with the service you desire and to enhance your browsing experience.

General Information

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct, but slight variations in the goods may occur.

Storksak is the trading name of Storksak Ltd registered in England and Wales, Company No. 4707666. Our registered office is Studio 13, 32-34 Gordon House Road, London, NW5 1LP

Storksak’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Storksak to the customer. Storksak shall not be liable for any customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Storksak cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website. Customers statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering. If we are out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay.
